September arrives and with this month a date that has long been a tradition in the world of technology: the presentation of the new generation of iPhone with great fanfare. We have already talked about the iPhone 13 in another article, and in this, it is the turn of the rest of the models and configurations of Apple’s star mobiles: the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
We are going to review in detail the main characteristics of each one, the points to improve and the prices at which they already arrive in Spanish stores (they will be released on Friday, September 17). Go for it.
iPhone 13 Mini
We begin the review with the youngest of the family. The iPhone 13 Mini is a smartphone that is designed for the most nostalgic of the iPhone of another era, with a screen size of 5.4 inches. In its guts the same processor as the iPhone 13 and a dual-camera system with a wide-angle sensor and an ultra-wide-angle sensor.
One of the things that attract the most attention in the photographic section is the inclusion of a cinematic mode with a blur effect for videos and the use of an ultra-wide-angle sensor capable of capturing almost 50% more light. That means we can take photos in sharper night conditions (in fact, we have night mode for both sensors).
In the field of storage, we have versions of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. The prices of the iPhone 13 Mini start at 810 euros for the 128 GB configuration, 920 euros for the 256 GB version, and finally 1,160 euros for the 512 GB version.
iPhone 13 pro
The iPhone 13 Pro ranks above the iPhone 13, in features but not in size. This model has a 6.1-inch OLED-type screen and a fundamental difference with respect to this model. A refresh rate of 120 Hz, which on a practical level translates into more fluid animations of the phone’s menus and also when opening apps. In addition, in games that are compatible, movements with a greater sense of fluidity can be seen.
In the cameras section, there is also an advance with the improvement of a third sensor. Thus, we have a wide-angle sensor, an ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a third telephoto lens that provides an optical zoom magnification of three times. The iPhone 13 Pro comes in up to four different configurations. The basic configuration is 128 GB, and it has will costs 1,160 euros.
The following configuration is located at 256 GB and has a cost of 1,280 euros, while the 512 GB configuration represents an outlay of 1,510 euros. Finally, the 1 TB configuration costs 1,740 euros.
iPhone 13 Max
The latest in this trio is the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is Apple’s most advanced model today and it shows both in size and features. This model does follow the current market trend with a very wide 6.7-inch format, OLED-type screen, and the same refresh rate of 120H z. By the way, the maximum brightness is 1,000 nits, so we will not have any problems when using this smartphone outdoors.
Its photographic section is the same as the iPhone 13 Pro, with a triple camera system and a telephoto lens with 3X optical magnification. Unsurprisingly, this model’s pricing is in line with the iPhone’s more advanced model label. The starting configuration of the iPhone 13 Pro Max includes an internal memory of 128 GB and a price of 1,260 euros. The following configuration is put at 256 GB and has a price of 1,380 euros. The third step is that of the 512 GB configuration with a price of 1,610 euros, and finally, the most advanced 1 TB configuration is placed at 1,840 euros.
